    Intensive 3-day course

     The class is aimed at getting both theoretical and practical knowledge of layered cakes. During the class will be discussed and made 3 different sponge cake types (7 sponge cakes in total), more than 7 kinds of cake frosting (including ganaches for cake assembling and final frosting) and various cake fillings: 3 different marmalades based on different gelling agents and ultimate praline recipe.  8 different cake designs using new modern decorating techniques, including glitter decoration, chocolate decoration etc.

    After the course students will be able to create their own cake flavours and designs according to their taste with the help of the given base.

     Duration: 3 days (9:30 - 6:30)

    Group: up to 12 students

    Group-working class: 8 cakes in total
